Our Bean to bar CHOCOLATE
At Chocotenango, we grind and roast our beans in-house. Using only the finest ingredients, we turn nature's treat into gourmet chocolate creations.
We craft our chocolate bars with organically grown cocoa beans sourced from small, farmer-owned cooperatives in the heart of the Dominican Republic. Occasionally, we source beans from other origins including Bolivia, Mexico, and Guatemala for our seasonally rotating Limited Release Bar. We are always looking for new origins to explore!
